Titagarh fixes price at Rs 540. Business standard
Titagarh wagons has fixed the ipo price at the lower end of the price band of Rs 540 to 610. It had come with an offering of 23,83,786 shares . It is a private railway wagon manufacturer and has facilities at titagarh and uttarpara in west bengal.

The reserve bank of india is likely to tighten the money supply in its annual credit policy on april 29 to rein in inflation however this is not likely to push up interest rates as there is ample liqudity in the system. Norms finalized for city gas projects. Business standard
Petroleum and natural gas regualatory board has notified the regualtions for distribution of gas to households,vehicles and industries in cities across the country. The authorization would be through a competitive bidding process. The project would be awarded on the basis of networking tarrif, gas compression charges, length of pipeline proposed and the households to be covered in the city. More than 100 companies both foreign and national have shown interest in supplying gas in over 250 cities.
The regualtion gives a five year exclusive marketing contract to the company setting the pipeline network in the city. After five years other companies can market gas but by using the existing network for which it would need to pay a fee to the orignal operator.
DOT issues norms for active infra sharing Business standard
Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has issued guidelines for active infrastructure sharing - a move that will help in lowering telecom operators' infrastructure costs and increasing teledensity in the country. However sharing of spectrum wont be allowed. Active sharing would be limited to antennae, feed cable, radio acess network and transmission system only.
